About TypeLikePro

TypeLikePro is a free typing test built around one idea: you should be able to start typing the moment the page loads. No sign-up, no pop-ups in your way, no countdown.

Beyond measuring speed, we want to help you get better. Every test records not just your words per minute but your accuracy, the consistency of your pace and the specific keys you miss. Over time, that data powers practice tailored to your weak spots.

How we're funded

The site is free and supported by advertising. Ads are never shown inside the typing area while a test is running. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies are used.
